This fully renovated home is one of the few properties in Brunswick Heads featuring an in ground pool and air conditioning. There are two living areas, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove, laundry, seperate toilet (and bidet) and three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, the second bedroom contains a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a set of single bunks. A gas BBQ is also provided.

School holiday tariff applies to bookings during "Splendour in the Grass" festival. Bookings during school holidays are Saturday to Saturday.

50% deposit is required at time of booking with full payment to be made on arrival (cash / chq / money order / EFTPOS - Australian issued Visa or Mastercard only - 1% surcharge applies to credit card transactions).
