Panoramic views across river from spacious open plan living area on ground floor; includes kitchen/dining, and study nook with free local phone calls, high-speed broadband. 42” Flat screen LCD TV/DVD/audio system, large reverse-cycle air conditioning unit. On the ground floor there is a light and airy bedroom with queen-size ensemble also a modern bathroom with shower over bath, separate toilet and laundry. The first floor has two large bedrooms. The front room, with verandah overlooking the river, has queen size and king single ensemble. The back room has a king single and two single ensembles, with a verandah looking into the trees. Outside, a large lockable storage unit on one side of the carport is ideal for securing fishing rods, bikes, surfboards. It also contains a large second fridge/freezer and clothes drier. There is an outdoor shower, three outdoor dining settings, and a large hooded BBQ.
