Beach Break is less than 100m walk to New Brighton beach and backs on to the north arm of Brunswick river. Perfect for canoe, kayak or SUP access. It is close to the New Brighton General Store, Yum Yum Tree Cafe and the North Byron Farmers markets (Tuesdays). .
This two storey holiday house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs plus a rumpus room with bathroom downstairs. There are three outdoor decks (East, West and South). The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, gas cook top and electric oven with open plan dining area and deck. Separate lounge area spilling onto deck with BBQ and outdoor setting. There is a fenced area for out door pets. Includes WI-FI.
