Beautifully renovated, this four bedroom home is ideally located in a quiet street for the perfect family holiday. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet only minutes to the shops, cafes, river and beach.

The air conditioned main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite, two other bedrooms have queen beds, and the remaining bedroom has four single beds and is air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There is a large flat screen television, DVD player and ceiling fans throughout.

The front and side decks (with barbecue) provide a comfortable space for outdoor relaxation. There is ample on street parking at the front of the house for 5 cars.

Linen is not provided. Sorry - NO PETS.

Bookings during school holidays are Saturday to Saturday.

50% deposit is required at time of booking with full payment to be made on arrival (cash / chq / money order / EFTPOS - Australian issued Visa or Mastercard only - 1% surcharge applies to credit card transactions).
