This comfortable three bedroom brick cottage faces Memorial Park and the Brunswick River. Take a stroll to the shops and restaurants, or over to the surfing beach. Facilities included are 3 TV's, DVD player, radio, microwave, BBQ, washing machine, air conditioned living area, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, and the large master bedroom has an ensuite, tea/coffee making facility, TV and bar fridge. The rear lane provides access to the single carport. The house sleeps up to eight with 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a double sofa bed.

Bookings during school holidays are Saturday to Saturday.

50% deposit is required at time of booking with full payment to be made on arrival (cash / chq / money order / EFTPOS - Australian issued Visa or Mastercard only - 1% surcharge applies to credit card transactions).
