Just off Tweed Valley Way, with 6 private self-contained cottages designed for the maximum comfort of two guests. Set in 20 acres of bush surrounds, guests can pick fruit, vegetables and herbs in the rambling gardens, sit back and enjoy the birdlife or picnic BBQ areas provided.
Crabbes Creek Cottages has a quiet rural setting but convenience of location to Tweed and Byron Hinterland villages and pristine beaches. It offers flexibility in accommodation for weekend breaks for couples, family get-togethers, group activities, and is pet-friendly. The General Store is feature and Bruns is only 10 minutes away.
Each cottage is very private, surrounded by gardens and expanses of lawn. Guests love roaming the gardens and rainforest pockets. They are welcome to pick seasonal fruit, herbs and vegetables. There are two dams which attract birds and animals, and picnic areas and BBQs dotted over the property.
Enjoy the tranquility, select from the extensive DVD library, bird-watch, visit the National Parks, enjoy the restaurants and country pubs, the friendliness and markets in close-by villages, whale watch in winter and cool off at the beach in summer – so many choices!
Prices
Peak: from $150 pn per cottage; House from $250 pn (Christmas, School Holidays and Easter, Long Weekends)
Off-peak: from $120 pn per cottage, from $185 per night The House (all other times)
Cottage tariff based on 2 adult guests + children. House tariff based on 4 adults + children (up to 6 guests. Extra guests $25 per night.
Weekly (7th nigjht free) and monthly rates available. Single nights taken but min. 2 preferred. Tariff discounted for more than 3 nights.
