The outdoor dining setting, barbecue, ceiling fans throughout and ducted air conditioning for year round comfort. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath and the internal laundry has a front-loading washer / dryer. Access is via the rear lane to off street parking for up to three cars.

Tariff: $260/night (min. 3 nights - not available during school holidays, weekend bookings will only be accepted two weeks prior to arrival and must be paid for in full when booked), $1100/week off season, $1600/week school holidays, $2400/week Christmas/Easter. Bookings during school holidays are Saturday to Saturday.
