The Old and Gold Festival will once again be conducted in Brunswick Heads on Sat 7th June, the NSW Queens Birthday long weekend.
The town will come alive with activities in the theme including:
• All Town Garage Sale - with 59 participating households
• Secondhand Fair - approx 25 indoor stalls in the Memorial Hall
• Trail of Brunswick's 7 secondhand outlets
• Window dressing competition & clearance sales
• Recycling demonstrations, displays and activities - the "Greenhouse" & mobile muster.
• Historical displays, talks and walk
• Collections on display -restored bikes and trikes, bren gun carrier, petrol & garage memoroabilia, vintage lawnmowers, the oldest car in Brunswick, teddy bears, antique lamps, retro clocks, model airplanes
• Entertainment - face painting, tarot reading & music & fine food
• Inaugural Brunswick Marbles Championships
