Bellevue is one of New Brighton’s originals! It's an older style two storey home right on the beach. Downstairs features a casual living area and bathroom with bath. Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, combined living & dining. There is an east facing deck to soak up the afternoon sun which offers ocean views. Great for whale watching season. One of the best features is you just have to walk out your back door through the dunes and you are on the beach. Linen NOT included.
