This private beach studio is ideal for relaxing stay near the beach. Take a short 150m stroll and you will be on the pristine New Brighton beach to swim, surf, walk or watch dolphins and whales. Walk 2 minutes in the other direction and you arrive at Marshals Creek marine reserve, where you can Stand Up paddle board or Kayak (available for use).
New Brighton general store/bottle shop, Yum Yum cafe, Ocean Shores Country Club, and New Brighton Farmers markets are also within walking distance. A two minute drive to Ocean Shores Shopping Village and Target.
The studio has all the essentials for your stay, Queen size bed, linen and towels included, separate bathroom, kitchenette, living room with TV and two outdoor areas with outdoor shower to rinse off from beach. The owner lives on site in the main house and is happy to assist guests. Linen is included.
