The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a 2 door fridge / freezer and dishwasher. The main bedroom has a queen bed and includes a large wall mounted flat screen TV. A second sitting room opens to the rear deck and includes a flat screen TV and sofa lounge. The outdoor dining setting, barbecue, ceiling fans throughout and ducted air conditioning for year round comfort. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath and the internal laundry has a front-loading washer / dryer. Access is via the rear lane to off street parking for up to three cars.
