Michelle is a highly experienced local child-minder with Cert III qualifications in Child Care and Education (Lilly Pilly Preschool, Brunswick Heads), Primary School Teacher's Aide (Brunswick Heads Public School), current police check, first aid training (CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis). Michelle specialises in working with children with additional needs, from globally delayed to high functioning.
Michelle's philosophy is to provide a gentle, caring environment (with boundaries) for your children that focusses on their emotional wellbeing and development. She can care for small or large groups of children of all ages (0 to 14) in your home. She is available for child minding from 4pm until late weekdays and anytime weekends (by negotiation). She can also assist families who require "on-call" arrangements.
Michelle is the perfect person to speak to when you are arranging child-minding for multiple families as she can help you arrange bookings with qualified colleagues. She is based in Brunswick Heads.
