Summer may be over for another year, but a new season calls for a new menu at Beach Byron Bay!
Head chef, Enrico Semenzato, has crafted a range of new autumn-led dishes from squid ink spaghetti with local cuttlefish, cherry tomatoes and mullet bottarga to king prawns with chilli, garlic, salmorejo and toasted woodfired ciabatta to chargrilled and gin marinated beetroot with crème fraiche and horseradish. Cape Byron Distillery Opens on Sundays
Taste Brookie's Gin on a Sunday! Cape Byron Distillery has recently expanded the cellar door hours of operation. The cellar door is now open for tours and gin tastings every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, bookings are essential. The tours are available at 11:00am or 2:30pm and cost $35 per person. Reservations can be made through Eventbrite on the Cape Byron Distillery website.
