These units are situated opposite the surfing beach. Each unit has a balcony facing east with a BBQ. The large back yard features shady trees and opens to the river. Walk to the river for fishing, swimming and boating. Stroll across the footbridge to shops and restaurants. Unit 1 has 2 bedrooms, a single garage, and sleeps up to 6 (1 queen, 2 singles, double sofa bed). Unit 2 has 3 bedrooms, a double garage and sleeps up to 6 (1 queen, 4 singles). Both units have digital TV reception and DVD players, new kitchens installed October 2006. Free pay TV, heaters.

Tariff

Unit 1 (2BR) - $150/night (min. 2 nights), $500/week off season, $790/week school holidays, $1350/week Christmas/Easter.

Unit 2 (3BR) - $150/night (min. 2 nights), $500/week off season, $840/week school holidays, $1400/week Christmas/Easter.

School holiday tariff applies to bookings during "Splendour in the Grass" festival.
Weekend bookings will only be accepted two weeks prior to arrival and must be paid for in full when booked. Bookings during school holidays are Saturday to Saturday.

50% deposit is required at time of booking with full payment to be made on arrival (cash / chq / money order / EFTPOS - Australian issued Visa or Mastercard only - 1% surcharge applies to credit card transactions).
