RAIN, HAIL OR SHINE - it's ON!
Our beloved, award-winning Old & Gold Festival is on tomorrow, SATURDAY 8 JUNE (JUNE LONG WEEKEND) in Brunswick Heads. There are three large Fairs to browse, music, vintage caravan display, recycled cubby houses, recycled pallets, amazing food, fundraising bbqs, stalls of all shapes and sizes, Chill Out Zone for adults and kids at the Brunswick Picture House, the Lucky Penny prize wheel at the Memorial Hall entry, Devonshire Teas at the Girl Guides hall, plus some awesome raffles at the Vintage & Collectables Fair (Memorial Hall). ALL TOWN GARAGE SALE - REGISTER NOW!
We're expecting more than 100 registered garage sales in the popular All Town Garage Sale again so there's treasure hunting aplenty to be had! REGISTER YOUR SALE at the Visitor Centre. See list of sales below.
VISIT OUR THREE FABULOUS FAIRS
Don't miss secondhand goods for sale at our 3 BIG FAIRS around town. The Catholic Church hosts Ye Olde Church Fair (cnr Tweed & Mullumbimbi Sts), Brunswick Heads Public School puts on it's Treasure Trove on the school grounds (cnr Fingal and Park Sts) or head to the Memorial Hall (Fingal St) for the ever-popular Vintage & Collectables Fair.
MARBLES (on Sunday)
If you have fond memories of playing marbles in the schoolyard, why not join in this year’s Australian Marbles Championships. Several teams will be battling it out to take out the Schools Teams Championships.
